Fabrizzio Sollito Marchetti is Milenio’s CIO. With almost 15 years of experience in financial markets. Prior to joining Milenio, he was the credit managing director at Navi Capital, an asset management company with more than BRL 8 billion AuM, and MD Partner and Credit Director at Lakewood Investment Management. For almost 6 years managing credit portfolios in the local and foreign markets, Fabrizzio has been responsible for financing more than BRL 6.5 billion on debt operations. Previously, he worked for almost 8 years as equity analyst and portfolio manager covering several sectors, with special attention to the agribusiness and energy sectors. Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo - Poli.

Felipe is COO and Head of Risk and a member of the Structuring team at Milenio. Prior to joining Milenio, he was Partner and Risk Manager of SOW CAPITAL and DXA's credit strategies. He began his career as a control and risk analyst at Kron Invest. Felipe obtained, in October 2017, the certification of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Bachelor in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Leandro is a member of the Structuring team at Milenio. Prior to joining Milenio, Leandro worked as Credit and Fixed Income Director at Vox Capital. From 2011 to 2020, Leandro worked at Integral Investimentos as head of DCM structuring and has been responsible for structuring more than BRL10 billion in private credit and securitization operations in different industries such as payments, personal credit, SME credit, automotive, utilities, agribusiness, among others. Leandro has Anbima Management Certification (CGA), Bachelor in Economics and Accounting from FEA/RP - USP and a Postgraduate Degree in Economics and Finance from EESP/FGV.

Raphael François is Milenio's CTO. Prior to joining Milenio he was head of technology at Apex Capital, being responsible for cybersecurity, infrastructure, and the development team (2018-2021). From 2017 to 2018 he worked at Kondor Invest in the development and operations team. Raphael holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.

Renata is Head of Legal & Compliance affairs at Milenio. Prior to joining Milenio, she worked as an in-house counsel at Navi Capital and was involved on multiple legal matters relating to asset management and compliance issues. While working at Banco Genial’s credit department (2015-2020), she was focused exclusively on loan origination and monitoring, a well as on the recovery of non-performing loans. Previously, she began her career practicing general corporate law at Ipiranga (2011-2013) and Cyrela (2013-2015). Renata is a graduate of UFRJ Law School (2007-2012) and also holds a master’s degree (LL.M) in Corporate Law from IBMEC (2013-2015). Additionally, Renata has studied Corporate Finance at Alumni Coppead/UFRJ (2018-2019).

Vitor is a member o the Structuring team at Milenio. Prior to joining Milenio, Vitor worked at Integral Investimentos, leading DCM structuring of structured credit products for distribution to professional investors at the local market. Has experience with pulverized loans, payments, consortium, local public consignment loans and agribusiness DCM operations. Bachelor in Mechanical Production Engineering at University of São Paulo – EESC.
