Andre is Milenio’s CPO. Started his career in wholesale banks such as Itaú BBA and Santander and ultimately through XP. After almost 10 years of working in large financial services, he founded Adianta alongside other partners, where he remained until 2020. Adianta was one of the first fintechs in Brazil, focused on SMEs. Andre has a Bachelor in Economics from Insper – Instituto de ensino e pesquisa.

Fabrizzio Sollito Marchetti is Milenio’s CIO. With almost 15 years of experience in financial markets. Prior to joining Milenio, he was the credit managing director at Navi Capital, an asset management company with more than BRL 8 billion AuM, and MD Partner and Credit Director at Lakewood Investment Management. For almost 6 years managing credit portfolios in the local and foreign markets, Fabrizzio has been responsible for financing more than BRL 6.5 billion on debt operations. Previously, he worked for almost 8 years as equity analyst and portfolio manager covering several sectors, with special attention to the agribusiness and energy sectors. Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo – Poli.

Felipe is COO and Head of Risk and a member of the Structuring team at Milenio. Prior to joining Milenio, he was Partner and Risk Manager of SOW CAPITAL and DXA’s credit strategies. He began his career as a control and risk analyst at Kron Invest. Felipe obtained, in October 2017, the certification of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Bachelor in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Leandro is a member of the Structuring team at Milenio. Prior to joining Milenio, Leandro worked as Credit and Fixed Income Director at Vox Capital. From 2011 to 2020, Leandro worked at Integral Investimentos as head of DCM structuring and has been responsible for structuring more than BRL10 billion in private credit and securitization operations in different industries such as payments, personal credit, SME credit, automotive, utilities, agribusiness, among others. Leandro has Anbima Management Certification (CGA), Bachelor in Economics and Accounting from FEA/RP – USP and a Postgraduate Degree in Economics and Finance from EESP/FGV.

Marilia is Credit Portfolio Manager at Milenio, with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance within the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Milenio she co-managed a credit portfolio at Navi Asset Management. From 2016 to 2019 she worked at the credit portfolio area of GPS Investimentos, known today as Julius Bär Family Office, which had an AuM at the period of ~R$ 6,5 billions. She started her carrier in the Banking Industry, amounting 9 years of experience at Itaú (2004-2008) and Banco Votorantim (2010 a 2015), working in Finance, Internal M&A and Corporate Finance. Marilia holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UNICAMP, achieved with academic excellence, and a Master in Finance from London Business School (2008-2009).

Raphael François is Milenio’s CTO. Prior to joining Milenio he was head of technology at Apex Capital, being responsible for cybersecurity, infrastructure, and the development team (2018-2021). From 2017 to 2018 he worked at Kondor Invest in the development and operations team. Raphael holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.

Renata is Head of Legal & Compliance affairs at Milenio. Prior to joining Milenio, she worked as an in-house counsel at Navi Capital and was involved on multiple legal matters relating to asset management and compliance issues. While working at Banco Genial’s credit department (2015-2020), she was focused exclusively on loan origination and monitoring, a well as on the recovery of non-performing loans. Previously, she began her career practicing general corporate law at Ipiranga (2011-2013) and Cyrela (2013-2015). Renata is a graduate of UFRJ Law School (2007-2012) and also holds a master’s degree (LL.M) in Corporate Law from IBMEC (2013-2015). Additionally, Renata has studied Corporate Finance at Alumni Coppead/UFRJ (2018-2019).

Prior to joining Milenio, Ulisses was a partner at Navi responsible for credit modeling and risk managing. Before that he was credit control coordinator at Banco BOCOM BBM with a multidisciplinary team focused on new products allying technology and financial markets. He has also worked at TV Globo’s project managing team and at Solvimm, a Tech consulting company. Bachelor in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Vitor is a member o the Structuring team at Milenio. Prior to joining Milenio, Vitor worked at Integral Investimentos, leading DCM structuring of structured credit products for distribution to professional investors at the local market. Has experience with pulverized loans, payments, consortium, local public consignment loans and agribusiness DCM operations. Bachelor in Mechanical Production Engineering at University of São Paulo – EESC.
